Simpson Desert - Hay River 2009

We had a number of planning sessions prior to leaving, including one where we all met down at Brindabella Valley for a bbq and walk through the route and other 'early planning issues'.

Most of us get our vehicles looked after by Ritchie over at Hume OffRoad. Ritchie looks after us pretty well, and as was the case for the Cape Trip, he hosted a bbq and information session for us. This basically involved getting each car on the hoist, and going over common issues for each type of vehicle.
